Autistic Spectrum Training Day

Activity Description

A one-day course in how to engage pupils on the Autistic Spectrum and keep them interested. Christopher Davies, artistic director of Bamboozle, will share the methodology Bamboozle uses to engage the hard to reach end of the autistic spectrum.  Including 5 steps to put in place before we begin and 9 strategies for working creatively with such students.  There will be video clips of the strategies in action and lots of opportunities to discuss, debate and develop these ways of working to make them appropriate to your own situations.  You will go away with practical ideas that you can put in place immediately. This course is suitable for creative practitioners, teachers, SENCOs, parents, carers, etc. working with young people on the autistic spectrum.
